Step into your home away from home! Our vacation home boasts a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials: utensils, pots, pans, toaster, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, cooking range, and dishwasher. Enjoy delightful meals on the patio with outdoor dining furniture, perfect for poolside dining.

Stay comfortable year-round with central heating and air conditioning, and stay connected with cable television and free high-speed internet/Wi-Fi.

The spacious living and dining areas are ideal for family gatherings. We provide towels and linens (excluding beach towels and personal washcloths), along with an iron and board.

The living room and main dining areas offer TV with Roku and Apple TV, providing complimentary Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu services. The home features high-speed internet at 200Mbps. The second twin room offers XL beds, which can be joined to form a King bed. The main bedrooms each have TV with Wi-Fi and streaming services from Roku TV, including Disney+ and Netflix.

The south-facing pool offers maximum sun exposure. The pool is screened and has hedges for additional privacy. Pool heating is available at an extra cost, which may be required during the months of November to April.

Additional amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, free parking, and a telephone with free local calls.

Community Guidelines:

Commercial vehicles, RVs, boats, jet skis, trailers, and work trucks/vans are not permitted. Swimming in the lake is prohibited. Each home is allowed a maximum of 3 vehicles. Pool and Spa Heating is available for an additional fee and must be booked in advance for the entire stay. Heating operates from morning until late afternoon.

Our stay at this vacation home was wonderful. The house was clean, modern, and had plenty of space for our group. The kids enjoyed the pool, and we appreciated the quiet, gated community. We will definitely book again for our next trip to Orlando.

Great stay!
A very nice place for our Disney vacation! Beds were super comfortable, and location was great. Had 2 nights where we had to wait a LONG time to get in to the actual gated community, but that wasn't the hosts fault at all, it was due to it being a national holiday and people were rather rude about cutting in line and making it difficult for the people who already had passes to get into the community. The hosts were wonderful and it felt really safe and comfortable. Pool was great, although small, but was nice to sit in after a long day at the parks. I would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable home to stay.

We have stayed in Lake Berkley several times over the past 5 years and will return to Elite Vacation Homes. We enjoy the location, just off of Highway 192, near all our favorite places and not too far from International Drive.
The villa was lovely, and the lake has a path around it for walks.
There is a common swimming pool and many resort amenities, but we never used them.
